With almost 600 beds, Connections will provide 180,000 nights of safe, affordable housing this year for households and individuals who were formerly homeless or institutionalized, including veterans and their families.

Through primary and behavioral care in addition to treatment for substance abuse, the circle of services we offer allow people to acquire care at the same place and by the same healthcare team which helps them to find a medical ‘home’ where they feel comfortable.

Employment

Connections employs almost 1,000 people in 70 locations throughout Delaware. Among our employees are 250 individuals with barriers to employment who work in our social enterprise businesses, which literally create new jobs.
